Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd for experienced professionals who have deep knowledge of retail lending operations, credit processes, and branch-level compliance.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Strong understanding of secured & unsecured financial products
✔ Manage credit verification vendors; ensure TAT & quality compliance
✔ End-to-end responsibility for loan disbursement & payment processes
✔ Ensure adherence to central policies & operational guidelines
✔ Oversee OTC & PDD processes at secured/unsecured combo locations
✔ Keep branch teams updated on process & policy changes
✔ Collaborate with Sales & Underwriting teams to resolve issues
✔ Conduct branch audits to ensure compliance & process accuracy
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Graduation
- 4–6 years of experience in Retail Lending, Credit Operations
- Strong verbal & written communication
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
