Adani Group is seeking a Deputy Manager – Cyber Security to lead and support cybersecurity initiatives across IT and OT/IoT environments. The role involves implementing robust security solutions, conducting risk assessments, enhancing security architectures, and driving continuous improvement to protect the company’s critical infrastructure.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Cyber Security & OT Protection

• Lead the implementation and support of cybersecurity requirements for both IT and OT/IoT environments
• Actively participate in security design and control discussions for key security projects
• Implement and support OT security solutions such as IDS/IPS and risk monitoring tools
• Conduct regular security assessments to identify and prioritize vulnerabilities
• Evaluate OT security architecture and propose enhancements to improve resilience against cyber threats
• Develop and implement security policies, standards, and procedures
• Monitor and respond to security incidents with root-cause analysis and corrective action
• Stay updated with the latest trends, threats, and technologies to improve cyber posture

Documentation & Governance

• Prepare and maintain documentation related to OT/IoT security projects

Team Leadership & Development

• Foster a culture of learning, excellence, and innovation within the team
• Mentor and guide junior team members
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Support continuous professional development of team members

🎓 Educational Qualifications & Experience

Education

• BE / B.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field

Experience

• 1–5 years of experience in OT environment with hands-on exposure to OT security
• Strong understanding of OT processes, network devices, cloud infrastructure, and security tools such as IDS, AV, AD, WSUS, and Syslog

Skills & Certifications

• Familiarity with cybersecurity standards/frameworks such as IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001
• Experience with security testing tools and automation
• Relevant OT security certifications such as GICSP, IEC-62443 are a plus
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
