Job Description

Trent Limited is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver exceptional in-store customer experience, maintain merchandise quality, and support retail operations with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs promptly.
• Handle customer queries politely; escalate to DM/SM/SO when required.
• Manage trial rooms effectively during high customer traffic.
• Encourage multiple purchases without inconveniencing customers.

Sales Floor & Merchandising

• Sort, tag, and arrange merchandise on racks, shelves, and mannequins as per company standards.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed according to visual display principles (sizes, ratios, color blocking, etc.).
• Maintain exceptional standards of tidiness and presentation across the sales floor and billing counters.

Stock & Inventory Management

• Participate in inward, outward, and replenishment processes.
• Ensure continuous stock availability on the floor.
• Notify DM/SM/SO when stock room inventory is low.
• Assist with receiving and verifying shipments (quality & quantity).
• Support categorizing and unpacking received stock.

Operational Support

• Assist with layout changes, moving fixtures, assembling counters, and maintaining store infrastructure.
• Stay alert to prevent shoplifting and internal shrinkage.
• Support price checks, discount updates, exchange and return validations.
