About the Opportunity

Join a leading organization’s dynamic Procurement & Contracts team as a Contracts Engineer. This role offers exciting opportunities to manage end-to-end contract lifecycle and procurement activities for major infrastructure and construction projects in Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete procurement cycle including sourcing contracts, developing demand profiles, preparing RFQs, conducting vendor evaluations, and leading commercial negotiations. Oversee purchase order generation, coordinate with logistics and commercial departments, and establish agreements with vendors. Handle direct procurement for construction materials, electrical systems, MEP equipment, interior fixtures, and recreational equipment. Monitor contractor performance, prepare MIS reports, maintain rate analysis databases, and leverage SAP systems and e-auction tools to optimize procurement processes and ensure cost efficiency and transparency.

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed institute/university
• B.Tech / MBA or similar professional qualification preferred

Experience Requirements

• 4-6 years in Procurement & Contracts within Real Estate or Construction industry
• Alternative: 7-10 years total experience in related field
• Experience in Construction, Operation, or Maintenance in Manufacturing/Exploration sites is advantageous
