Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) is hiring a Construction Engineer – CHO Projects Civil to support civil construction tasks within the CHO Projects division. The role involves executing civil engineering work, coordinating site activities, ensuring quality outcomes, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to achieve project milestones.

🧱 Key Responsibilities

• Study plot plans and layout drawings and ensure accurate execution on site.
• Coordinate with surveyors to establish boundaries, initial RL levels, cut/fill quantities, and conduct field compaction tests.
• Ensure compaction utilization and proper field conditions as per standards.
• Verify contractor daily progress reports (DPRs) and update project control teams.
• Supervise daily civil execution activities according to specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor concrete technology application, rebar placement, safety measures, and formwork compliance.

🎓 Educational Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Degree in Civil Engineering or
• Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience

• Degree: 6–8 years of relevant civil construction experience
• Diploma: 14–16 years of civil construction experience

🧠 Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of civil plant and equipment layout, surveying, levelling, and excavation safety.
• Understanding concrete technology, scaffolding, staging, and formwork.
• Ability to interpret drawings and ensure execution quality on site.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with project teams.
