Aditya Birla Group is hiring a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) for its Rishra Unit (Jayashree Textiles). The role focuses on employee health, workplace safety, medical care, emergency preparedness, and environmental well-being across the site.

🔶 Key Responsibilities 

As the Chief Medical Officer, you will lead all medical and health initiatives across the plant and colony. This includes managing annual health check-ups, handling workplace injuries, coordinating with hospitals, conducting medical consultations, and ensuring preventive healthcare for employees and dependents.

You will also drive first-aid training, promote health & safety awareness, support environmental and pollution-control measures, and ensure compliance with all medical, safety, and legislative standards.
