Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial solutions and services to existing and new customers
• Cross-sell Axis Bank’s retail banking products and third-party financial products (e.g., insurance, mutual funds, loans)
• Generate referrals and leads to acquire new customers
• Promote bank products through branch and external customer interactions
• Engage with customers to increase deposits and product penetration
• Process customer transactions and service requests accurately and within defined turnaround times
• Handle customer queries and deliver exceptional service
• Maintain records of customer interactions in the bank’s CRM system
• Support branch initiatives, campaigns, and drives to achieve business targets
• Introduce customers to alternate banking channels such as Internet Banking, mobile banking, and WhatsApp banking

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Graduation or Post-Graduation from a recognized institute

Experience

• 2 – 4 years of relevant experience in banking, financial services, or customer-facing roles

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory norms (e.g., KYC, AML)
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Familiarity with CRM and digital banking channels
