📌 Job Overview
Reliance is inviting applications for the position of Assistant Manager – Finance in Mumbai. This role is ideal for Chartered Accountants with strong exposure to financial reporting, audits, MIS, budgeting, and statutory compliance, especially candidates coming from Big 4 consulting backgrounds.
The position offers an opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders, manage audits, and contribute to financial planning and compliance in a dynamic corporate environment.
🧾 Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely book closure in SAP in compliance with applicable accounting standards
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports for management decision-making
- Support business modelling, budgeting, and cash flow projections
- Manage internal audits, statutory audits, and other compliance-related audits
- Review and understand agreements/contracts (preferred, not mandatory)
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS, GST, and TDS regulations
- Maintain working knowledge of the Companies Act
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
🎓 Education Qualification
- Mandatory: Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Preferred: Chartered Accountant (CA)
🧑💼 Experience Requirement
- Mandatory:
- 2–4 years of experience with a Big 4 consulting firm
- Preferred:
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar industry role or
- Experience handling Media & Entertainment industry clients while working with Big 4 firms
