Key Responsibilities

• Allocate debt portfolio to vendors based on performance trends and field resources.
• Review cases with field officers and assign work based on disposition codes for efficient resolution.
• Coordinate with agency teams for call planning and smoother execution of collection/recovery actions.
• Monitor closure of agency billing within specified timelines and help resolve repo-related issues.
• Handle customer service issues and escalations related to collection and recovery.
• Coordinate with legal teams for initiating actions against chronic defaulters where necessary.
• Track performance metrics such as bucket resolution rates and flow reduction to the next bucket.
• Ensure compliance with processes, follow TATs, and resolve CRM and audit queries promptly.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial services, banking, FMCG, or NBFC settings.
• Qualification: Any graduate / postgraduate / MBA or equivalent.
• Skills: Negotiation, team coordination, relationship management, result orientation, and multitasking.
• Nature of Role: Individual contributor with strong analytical and coordination capabilities.
