Job Description

Lodha Developers Ltd is seeking an experienced Architect Specialist to lead architectural design, planning, coordination, and execution for large-scale, high-end residential developments. The role demands deep technical knowledge, advanced architectural design capabilities, and strong project leadership across multidisciplinary teams.

This position plays a critical role in setting architectural standards, ensuring design excellence, and driving innovation across projects in the Pune region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete architectural design lifecycle for residential projects—from concept to final execution.
• Provide technical guidance on all architectural components including planning, elevations, materials, and detailing.
• Review, refine, and approve architectural drawings, plans, and layouts as per business and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Engineering, Project Execution, and Planning) to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and regulatory bodies for approvals and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to quality, sustainability, safety, and cost-efficiency parameters.
• Drive innovation in design, materials, and construction methodologies.
• Provide architectural expertise to senior leadership and project teams for decision-making.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining high design standards and deadlines.
• Utilize AutoCAD and other design software for technical accuracy and planning.

Skills & Knowledge Required

• Strong expertise in Architectural Design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Advanced understanding of planning, detailing, and building regulations
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Educational Qualification

• B.Arch – Bachelor of Architecture (Mandatory)
• Graduation specialization in Architecture
