Job Responsibilities – Accounts & Finance Manager Polycab Mumbai
Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Manage books of accounts including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, inventory, and provisions.
- Ensure timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closure.
- Prepare balance sheet, P&L, cash flow statements, and MIS reports.
- Analyse financial performance and identify key cost drivers.
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of ERP financial records.
Budgeting, Forecasting & Cost Control
- Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting exercises.

Statutory, Taxation & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act and taxation regulations.

Treasury & Working Capital Management
- Manage cash flow planning and utilization of funds.
- Monitor receivables, payables, and credit limits.
- Support channel finance and overdue management.

- Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Service, and Operations teams.
