🎓 Eligibility Criteria
🔹 Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 60 years
- Maximum Age: 63 years
- Age calculated as on 31 January 2026
🔹 Educational Qualification & Experience
FLC Counsellor
- Retired officers from SBI / Public Sector Banks / RRBs
- Officers retired in Scale-I to Scale-IV
- If required, retired clerical staff of SBI may also be considered
- Knowledge of local language is mandatory
- Basic computer skills required
FLC Director
- Retired officers from SBI / PSBs / RRBs
- Officers retired in Scale-III or Scale-IV
- Proficiency in local language and computer operations

💰 SBI FLC Salary / Remuneration
Monthly consolidated remuneration (excluding pension):

🧾 Contract Period
- Initial contract: 1 year
- Maximum engagement: Up to 3 years or 65 years of age, whichever is earlier
- Leave entitlement: 30 days per year
- Termination: 30-day notice by either party
