  • Review packing documentation as per Batch Packing Record (BPR).

  1. Manufacturing Records & System Updates

  • Maintain and update online documentation through SAP and CipDox.
  • Prepare and update manufacturing records and SOP-related documents.
  • Ensure timely entries in BPR and other supporting documentation.
  1. Equipment & System Monitoring

  • Perform qualification and calibration of packing equipment.
  • Record all system updates and operational activities.
  • Maintain integrity of digital documentation systems.
  1. Safety Compliance

  • Monitor safety adherence during packing operations.
  • Ensure availability and proper use of PPE.
  • Report near-miss incidents and coordinate with the HSE team.
  • Track and reconcile safety training attendance.
  1. Training & Team Development

  • Train staff and workmen on packing operations.
  • Conduct training sessions on:
    • Equipment handling
    • cGMP procedures
    • Documentation practices
    • Safety protocols
  1. Process Improvement

  • Suggest improvements to reduce process cycle time.
  • Participate in idea sessions for productivity enhancement.
  • Simplify documentation to comply with ALCOA principles.
