About the Role

We are hiring a Junior Engineer – Projects to support construction planning, estimation, billing, budgeting, and coordination activities. The role requires strong technical understanding of civil construction, cost analysis, SAP working knowledge, and contractor coordination.

This position is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in quantity surveying, billing, estimation, and project cost control.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Planning & Estimation

Review construction plans and technical drawings
Quantity estimation for RCC, finishing, and interior works
Rate analysis and cost estimation
BOQ preparation and budget planning
Preparation of BBS (Bar Bending Schedule)
Knowledge and application of IS 1200 standards

🔹 Budgeting & SAP Operations

Preparation of budgets and uploading in SAP
Coordination with SAP IT team for smooth operations
Cash flow preparation and tracking

🔹 Billing & Financial Control

Preparation of work orders and amendment orders
RA bill price adjustment statements
Contractor running and final bill preparation
Subcontractor bill checking
Cost analysis for maintenance and additional works

🔹 Site & Execution Coordination

Physical measurement of quantities
Productivity tracking
Coordination between site teams, contractors, architects, consultants, and suppliers
Track construction materials and inventory

🔹 Risk & Compliance Management

Identify potential financial and construction risks
Knowledge of taxes, regulations, and local construction laws
Prepare reports, risk assessments, contracts, and project documentation
Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors

🎓 Qualification & Experience

Educational Qualification:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience:

4 to 6 years in construction project execution, billing, or estimation
Strong experience in RCC quantity estimation and BOQ preparation
Working knowledge of SAP systems
Practical understanding of IS 1200 measurement standards
