Eligibility – Educational Qualification & Experience (Summary)
1. Operation Lead (Infrastructure & Power / Horizontal Connectivity / Services)
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent; MBA preferable.
- Experience:
- Minimum 10 years total, with at least 6 years in managing enterprise network operations and services.
- Experience in large IT/network infrastructure projects such as SWAN, SecLAN, CCTNS, BharatNet, Smart City, etc.
- Other requirements:
- Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in IT infrastructure/network audit and SLA monitoring.
- Certification: ITIL or ISO 20000 or equivalent.
2. Engineer L‑3 Specialist (Network / System / Security)
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent.
- Experience:
- Minimum 8 years total, with at least 5 years in enterprise network operations.
- Experience in large IT network/infra projects like SWAN/SecLAN/CCTNS/BharatNet/Smart City etc.
- Hands-on & Certifications:
- Routing, switching, wired/wireless network, SD‑WAN; valid CCNP/JNCP or equivalent.
- Windows/Linux systems, servers, databases, ticketing tools; certification such as RHCA/RHCSA/CSSA/MCSE or equivalent.
- Network and server security (firewall, NTP, workstation/server security); certification like CCNP Security/CISA/OSCP/CompTIA/white‑hat.
3. Engineer L‑2 Network & Monitoring
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent.

- Skills & Certification:

4. Portal Administrator
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent.

5. Video Conferencing Coordinator

- Experience managing inventory for large IT infrastructure/network projects.
- Logistics‑related certification preferred.
Contract Period & Project Details
- Engagement is for the BSWAN 3.0 project, with a project duration of 5 years, subject to revision by BSEDC.
