GrowInJob.com advice for candidates

  • Highlight print line / PV experience: In your CV, clearly list specific print line tools, screen printing or metallisation equipment, and solar/PV technologies you’ve worked with. Emphasise improvements in uptime, yield, or defect reduction you have delivered.

  • Show RCA and reliability mindset: Prepare 2–3 examples where you led root cause analysis, implemented CAPA, and demonstrated measurable gains (e.g., reduced breakdown frequency or scrap).

  • Demonstrate leadership in shift environments: Mention how you have managed multi‑shift teams, coordinated maintenance with production, and handled high‑pressure situations during major breakdowns.

  • Be ready on safety and compliance: Expect questions on LOTO procedures, electrical safety, and how you embed EHS practices into daily maintenance routines.
