Role Overview
ITC Limited is seeking a skilled Technical Associate – JINBAO Machine Operator to independently operate and manage JINBAO machines used in forming paper cups, tubs, and lids. This role is ideal for technically proficient professionals familiar with machine changeovers, troubleshooting, and shop-floor execution in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Associate – JINBAO Machine Operator, you will be responsible for independent operation of machine lines for producing cups, tubs, and lids. You will perform complete size changeovers, ensuring production accuracy and minimal downtime. Troubleshooting and problem resolution will be a key part of your duties, including resolving sealing, leakage, and alignment issues. You will monitor and maintain critical spares and tooling, ensuring readiness and performance. Regular inspections of machine performance, adherence to safety standards, and supporting basic preventive maintenance activities will be essential to maintain consistent production quality. Your role will contribute directly to operational efficiency and process continuity within the production team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical proficiency with cup, tub, and lid forming machines (e.g., SPB Machinery models such as ACM 9000B, PBM-3500, SPB1000U, ZGJ-M70, SPB-900).
- Hands-on experience in machine operation, changeovers, and troubleshooting.
- ITI / Diploma preferred; relevant experience is often equally important than formal qualification.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and lead shop-floor activities.
