About the Role
The Global Finance Services (GFS) team within Deloitte Enabling Areas provides centralized financial operations supporting global member firms. As a GFS Accounts & Compliance (A & C) Analyst, you will assist in executing financial processes, ensuring compliance, and maintaining operational excellence.
This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a solid foundation in finance operations, compliance, reporting, and process management within a world-renowned global organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support finance and accounting workflows under GFS A & C guidelines.
- Perform compliance checks, controls support, and documentation.
- Handle transaction processing, reconciliations, and data validation.
- Prepare or assist in generating internal financial reports.
- Collaborate with global teams for standardized process execution.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements and quality initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global environments.
