Job Purpose

The Executive – QA Auditor will be responsible for ensuring that organizational processes and resulting products comply with applicable standards, customer requirements, regulatory norms, and internal quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily audits to ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Conduct and manage Layered Process Audits (LPA).
• Identify non-conformities and develop corrective actions for effective closure.
• Monitor process variations using statistical process capability tools.
• Review control charts and determine causes of variation.
• Monitor internal customer complaints and initiate corrective actions.
• Lead projects for reduction of internal complaints and improvement of customer satisfaction.
• Plan and execute Cut Tyre Analysis (PCR).
• Support scrap and rework reduction projects using quality tools and techniques.
• Prepare QMS documentation as per ATL and international standards.
• Facilitate customer and third-party audits.
• Train teams on quality tools and best practices.
• Coordinate 5S and Integrated Management System (IMS) activities.

Required Skills & Knowledge

Technical / Functional Knowledge:

• Tyre manufacturing process knowledge
• Equipment operation understanding
• Cut Tyre Analysis expertise
• Quality Tools & Techniques (7 QC tools, SPC, etc.)
• Audit methodologies and audit techniques
• Statistical process studies & MSA
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
