Job Overview

The Executive – Engineering will be responsible for ensuring equipment reliability through effective and systematic maintenance initiatives at optimum cost and operational efficiency. The role also involves leading and implementing improvement projects while maintaining high standards of safety, environment, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure healthy operation and maintenance of the Utility plant and equipment.
• Identify and correct operational abnormalities.
• Conduct routine checking of boilers for any irregularities.
• Monitor ETP, chemical stock levels, and compressors.
• Verify preventive maintenance job execution.
• Monitor Main RO plant operations and detect abnormalities.
• Arrange required spares for uninterrupted operations.
• Monitor utility costing parameters.
• Ensure discipline, housekeeping, and strict safety standards.
• Communicate deviations and follow specified procedures for corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) standards.
• Act as a respondent in emergency/disaster situations as per Emergency Preparedness & Disaster Management Plans.
• Take responsibility for electrical and process-related safety hazards.
