Job Overview

Varun Beverages Ltd (VBL), a flagship company of RJ Corp and one of the world’s largest PepsiCo franchise bottlers (outside the US), is hiring an Executive – Maintenance (Mechanical) for its Jodhpur facility. The role involves ensuring smooth plant operations through preventive maintenance, breakdown management, refrigeration system upkeep, boiler and cooling tower parameter monitoring, and maintaining high safety standards during shifts.

Key Responsibilities

The Executive – Maintenance (Mechanical) will execute daily shift plans for reportees and ensure timely completion of assigned maintenance tasks. The role includes tracking and executing preventive maintenance of refrigeration systems, maintaining department logbooks with support from team members, and ensuring strict adherence to work safety standards. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining operational parameters of boilers and cooling towers while handling breakdown and corrective maintenance of line equipment during shifts to ensure uninterrupted production operations.
