📌 Key Responsibilities

• Achieve branch-level Debt Management Services (DMS) targets and ensure PI metrics are met.
• Manage DMS costs within prescribed limits while delivering performance.
• Ensure complete adherence to legal, regulatory, and compliance frameworks in all recovery activities.
• Monitor DMS agencies and recovery executives to prevent fraudulent practices and operational risks.
• Maintain strict compliance with the Code of Conduct across all DMS channels.
• Review agency performance continuously and implement corrective actions where required.
• Facilitate smooth collections processes and coordinate with internal teams for efficient execution.
• Maintain accurate MIS reports, documentation, and audit-ready compliance records.
• Use digital tools and systems to track performance and enhance operational efficiency.

• 1–2 years of experience in debt management, collections, or rural financial operations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• People management experience with ability to lead from the front.
