Role: Relationship Associate – Bancassurance
Function Summary
The Relationship Associate drives business growth by managing Axis Bank branch relationships, converting leads, ensuring process adherence, and supporting operational excellence. This role requires strong stakeholder coordination, follow-up discipline, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with Axis Bank branch sellers and achieve targets through the bank’s FOS.
- Convert branch-generated leads into quality life insurance business.
- Maintain strict adherence to processes and coordinate with Cluster Manager & Operations Hub.
- Ensure timely customer contact and follow-ups as per defined TATs.
- Maintain 15-month persistency by implementing strong customer engagement and follow-up mechanisms.
- Coordinate with Cluster Training Manager for regular training of bank staff on life insurance concepts and new products.
- Activate branch banking sellers and achieve activation targets.
- Ensure effective usage of LMS for lead tracking and follow-up calls.

Desired Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline from a UGC / AICTE-approved college/university
- 1–2 years of sales experience (life insurance experience preferred)
- Exposure to life insurance sales, retail banking distribution, channel management, or DSA relationship management
