Role: Sales Manager I
Job Responsibilities
- Act as the primary relationship owner for assigned client accounts, understanding their goals and operational challenges.
- Develop tailored account strategies and execute action plans to meet objectives and boost account growth.
- Conduct frequent face-to-face business reviews to discuss performance, improvement areas, and new opportunities.
- Track account performance, sales metrics, funnel health, and market trends to identify risks and opportunities.
- Drive business growth for newly onboarded partners by improving hygiene and operational health metrics.
- Deliver incremental revenue through monetization initiatives and commercial improvements.
- Achieve higher counter share in the market via strategic planning and execution.
- Strengthen relationships with restaurant owners and deliver top-tier restaurant NPS.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and issue resolution.
- Generate leads, pitch value propositions, and secure new client partnerships.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate with strong communication skills.
- Experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing channels (preferred).
- Confident, dynamic, and target-driven personality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities.
- Strong inclination and aptitude for sales.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset with solid Excel proficiency.
- Leadership & influencing capabilities with a structured, strategic approach.
- Flexible, proactive, and creative problem solver capable of driving campaign effectiveness.
