Swiggy Dineout is developing India’s largest dining-out platform, powering over 100M diners across 21,000+ partner restaurants in 34 cities. The platform helps diners explore a wide range of restaurants—QSRs, cafés, casual dining, premium, and fine dining—while offering top-tier deals and seamless bill payments directly on the Swiggy app.

To become the preferred platform for restaurants to:
- Grow dine-in business

Responsibilities
- Sign contracts with restaurants and manage incoming inquiries from new/existing partners.
- Generate sales leads and actively approach potential restaurant partners for conversion.
- Maintain strong, consultative relationships with restaurant owners.
- Advise partners on menu optimization, discount structuring, cancellation reduction, and merchandising.
- Drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, ads investment, and additional monetization channels.
- Complete all Swiggy reporting tasks—competition tracking, partner visits, and city-level trend analysis.
- Act as first point of contact for potential clients during field visits.
- Relocate and manage operations in the assigned city as required.
Desired Skills
- Understanding of e-commerce or food delivery ecosystem (preferred, not mandatory).
- Confident, goal-driven, and customer-oriented personality.
- Strong communication skills in English and the local language (mandatory).
- Basic numerical competency (e.g., understanding growth/degrowth).
- Strong negotiation and influencing capabilities.
- Self-motivated with a focus on meeting targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools is a bonus.
