Distribution & Business Delivery
- Set up new dealer networks and Used Tractor DSA channels
- Achieve month-on-month business targets
- Expand market share in assigned location
- Maintain PDD and ensure asset quality
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Manage collections up to 30 DPD
- Coordinate with Credit & Operations teams for timely sanction and disbursement
Cross-Sell Financial Products
- Promote Loan Cover Shield (Life Insurance)
- Offer Asset Insurance and other financial products
Business MIS & Reporting
- Timely submission of business performance reports
- Maintain login and disbursement MIS for assigned location
TA Framework Management
- Ensure TA is issued to the right dealers
- Track repayments and compliance
Field Investigation
- Conduct personal visits to customer residences
- Verify customer details and documents
- Raise alerts in case of discrepancies
