Job Purpose
The Debt Management Specialist is responsible for managing overdue loan accounts, coordinating recovery actions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving collection efficiency through field visits, agency coordination, and data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly collection targets through customer visits and agency coordination.
- Monitor portfolio performance against defined parameters and share regular updates.
- Ensure strict adherence to legal and regulatory guidelines during recovery and repossession activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and recovery actions.
- Prepare and manage Daily Risk Reports (DRR) and case-wise tracking.
- Handle escalations promptly to ensure resolution as per AOP timelines.
- Develop and implement debt collection strategies to improve recovery rates.
- Manage portfolio risk, compliance reporting, and recovery MIS dashboards.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external agencies for smooth operations.
