Job Purpose

The Executive – Debt Management Services will manage and coordinate the recovery of overdue payments on consumer loan accounts, ensuring compliance, effective collection strategies, and timely resolution.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Collection & Recovery Operations

• Achieve monthly collection targets through customer/agency visits.
• Conduct case-to-case tracking and ensure timely resolution as per AOP.
• Execute repossession activities while adhering to legal guidelines.
• Improve collection efficiency through strategic interventions.

Monitoring, Reporting & Analysis

• Monitor performance against defined parameters and provide regular updates.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, escalations, and resolutions.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and collection reports.
• Manage DRR (Daily Risk Report) and ensure accurate risk tracking.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure regulatory compliance across all collection and recovery activities.
• Identify risks and support mitigation strategies to reduce portfolio delinquency.

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with agencies, internal teams, and external partners.
• Manage vendor-level performance and ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Handle escalations promptly to ensure customer and stakeholder satisfaction.

Portfolio & Strategy Management

• Support portfolio health improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to developing and implementing effective debt management strategies.

Minimum Qualification
