Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual and quarterly forecasting, budgeting, and rolling forecasts to estimate future business performance.
• Manage monthly P&L reporting, analyze actuals vs. budget, and highlight key variances across revenue, costs, and spends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, commercial, supply chain, HR, digital) to estimate spends accurately and support performance metrics.
• Drive business analytics and MIS, including deep-dive revenue tracking, variance analysis, and identifying profitability opportunities.
• Prepare presentations and dashboards for CXO reviews and stakeholder decision making.
• Support simplification and automation of reporting processes to improve finance efficiency.
• Provide financial insights to influence business strategy and drive growth initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance/related field) from a premier institution is preferred.
• Experience: ~4–8 years in financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering within corporate finance.
• Skills: Strong financial analysis, P&L management, data analytics, communication, collaboration, and forecasting capabilities.
