Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with Axis Bank branch sellers and banking partners to drive insurance sales.
• Convert leads generated at branch level and ensure quality business conversion with process adherence.
• Maintain coordination with Cluster Managers and Operations HUB for minimal customer complaints and prompt follow-ups.
• Ensure agreed TATs on first customer contact and all follow-ups from lead registration.
• Support bank staff training on insurance products and new product introductions.
• Track persistency and maintain robust follow-up mechanisms for customer engagements.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Experience: 0–2 years in sales, customer service, or bancassurance (preferred).
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills (English + regional language).
• Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up and coordination capabilities.
• Understanding of life insurance products and regulatory compliance is an advantage.
