Key Responsibilities

• Act as primary interface with the Independent Certifying Body (ICB)
• Manage certification budget, schedule, and scope
• Coordinate design compliance reviews between EPCI contractors and ICB
• Ensure alignment with TenneT’s Standardized 2GW Design Basis
• Track and close Notices of Observation (NoOs)
• Coordinate fabrication & installation surveys at global shipyards and offshore sites
• Verify As-Built vs As-Certified compliance
• Compile the Final Certification Report for handover to O&M and National Regulators

Skills & Knowledge Required

• Primavera
• Certification Interface Management
• Offshore Asset Compliance
• Third-Party Coordination

Required Profile

• Education: Engineering degree (Structural / Electrical / Marine)
• Standards Knowledge: DNV-ST-0145, DNV-SE-0190
• Experience: 5+ years in Offshore Wind, Oil & Gas, or Maritime Certification
• Key Strength: Managing contractor speed vs certifier compliance
