Dalmia Cement Bharat Ltd is hiring an Account Receivable Lead – Discount Processing to manage month-end closing, provisions, discount posting, SDMS operations, MIS reporting, digital scheme enabling, and audit compliance. This role ensures accurate reconciliation, scheme calculations, and timely reporting to support finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Month-end closing and provision calculations for discount schemes
- SDMS scheme runs, posting provisions, and preparing expected expenses
- Discount MIS preparation and reconciliation with trial balance
- SP & IA commission calculation and business area GL reconciliation
- Rebate and discount posting, PD posting, and transfer entries
- In-kind scheme tracking and scheme validation (SDMS)
- MIS reporting from dealer to head office and resolving queries
- CR creation for new scheme designs and UAT coordination
- Prepare monthly audit data and respond to audit queries
- Ensure compliance and accuracy across all AR processes
Skills & Qualifications
Education:
- Post Graduate / Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Experience & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, provisions, and discount processing
- Experience with SDMS or similar financial systems
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and MIS reporting skills
- Familiarity with audit compliance and financial process adherence
- Attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills
