Job Summary

Titan Company is seeking a results-driven Area Business Manager – Wearables to lead sales growth, build strong retail partnerships, and drive market expansion in the assigned geography for wearables & smart devices. You will develop and execute sales strategies, manage dealer and retail partners, and monitor performance metrics to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and targets.
  • Expand market presence by building relationships with dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead and motivate area sales teams to deliver results and enhance customer experience.
  • Conduct regular visits and performance reviews of stores and channel partners.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business insights for senior management.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–6+ years experience in retail sales, business development, or area management, preferably in consumer electronics, mobile, accessories, or related markets.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and managing partner networks.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Preferred:

  • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification.
  • Experience in wearable devices, smart tech, or lifestyle electronics.
