Key Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, secure Oracle Cloud HCM solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and system configurations.
• Lead integration design, data flows, and enhancements throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Document detailed architecture and drive continuous improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in Oracle Cloud HCM design, configuration, and build.
• Practical expertise with HCM Extract, BICC, GPI, HDL, Fast Formulas, OIC, BIP Reports, VBS.
• Understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM modules including Core HR, Compensation, Recruitment, Talent Management, and others.

Nice-to-Have:

• Oracle certifications (OIC, Functional, Gen AI).
• Experience with automation tools or AI agents.
