• Troubleshoot and resolve SFDC and BRE system-related issues for field teams.
• Coordinate closely with IT and Product teams to fix recurring problems and enhance system performance.
• Provide training and guidance to internal and field staff on process gaps and system usage.
• Track frequently reported issues, raise IT requests, and participate in bi-weekly IT meetings.
• Draft BRDs for repetitive issues and support project implementation across locations.
• Interact with field teams to identify pain points and ensure smooth delivery of solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate (or equivalent)
• Minimum 1+ year of system-support experience in the finance industry
• Proficient in MS Office
• Flexible and adaptable working style
