Job Overview

The HR CoE Lead – Skill School will oversee the planning, development, and implementation of large-scale skill-building programs. The role focuses on academic leadership, training excellence, faculty management, program improvement, and ensuring strong alignment with industry needs and emerging skill trends.

You will play a key role in shaping the future of skill development within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Academic Leadership
  • Provide strategic and academic leadership for Skill School operations.
  • Create and implement strategies to build high-quality, scalable training programs.
  1. Curriculum Development
  • Oversee curriculum design in collaboration with knowledge partners, SMEs, and industry experts.
  • Ensure training programs meet industry standards and organizational skill needs.
  1. Faculty Management
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage faculty and training teams across centers.
  • Foster continuous learning, innovation, and performance excellence.
  1. Program Assessment & Improvement
  • Implement mechanisms for continuous program evaluation and improvement.
  • Use learner data & feedback to enhance content, teaching methodologies, and delivery quality.
  1. Student Success
  • Drive student success initiatives, including mentorship programs and academic support.
  • Monitor learner progress and intervene when necessary.
  1. Industry Collaboration
  • Build strong industry partnerships to ensure curriculum relevance.
  • Stay updated on market trends, skill demands & technology adoption.
  1. Budget & Operations
  • Collaborate with leadership to oversee budgets for academic programs.
  • Ensure effective utilization of resources.
  1. Accreditation & Compliance
  • Ensure the Skill School meets accreditation and regulatory standards.
  • Work toward securing certifications for training programs.

Education Requirements

  • Mandatory: Engineering Degree
  • Preferred: Strong passion for skill development or vocational training

Experience Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in HR, learning & development, skill development, or related leadership roles.
