  • Develop and execute detailed test plans for optical components, modules, and subsystems.
  • Conduct performance characterization and verification of optical systems under various conditions.
  • Analyze test data and ensure products meet quality and specification standards.
  • Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and design teams to resolve performance issues and improve reliability.
  • Create and maintain Python-based test automation scripts for efficient testing and data collection.

Educational Qualification:

  • PhD, Masterโ€™s, or Bachelorโ€™s degree in Optical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or related field is preferred or required.

Experience & Skills:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in coherent optical communication and optical testing.
  • Strong familiarity with optical communication systems, impairments, and network components.
  • Hands-on experience with optical test equipment such as optical spectrum analyzers and real-time oscilloscopes.
  • Proficiency with Python scripting for test automation and data analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
