Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) is inviting applications for the position of Engineer Maintenance Mechanical – JMD SEZ Coker. The role involves executing mechanical maintenance tasks, supervising maintenance activities, ensuring equipment reliability, supporting shutdown operations, and maintaining maintenance records in SAP systems.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Execute mechanical maintenance tasks with quality and in line with planning.
• Supervise mechanical maintenance activities to ensure timely completion.
• Mobilize resources for day-to-day maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance to procedures and best practices.
• Assist discipline managers in identifying spares for procurement.
• Prepare mechanical maintenance budgets and analyze costs.
• Conduct regular troubleshooting and analysis in coordination with teams.
• Collate and report discipline data for monitoring and performance evaluation.
• Manage contractor interactions and repair coordination.
• Participate in reliability and integrity studies.
• Perform preservation activities as per schedule.
• Ensure correct and timely SAP–PM and SAP–MM data entry and validations.
• Facilitate and support minor project activities.
• Supervise shutdown jobs and carry out tasks as per schedule.
• Prepare mechanical maintenance KPIs and support improvement in equipment availability.
• Uphold HSE and training compliance.

🎓 Educational Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering

Experience

• At least 2 years (for degree holders) or 7 years (for diploma holders) of maintenance experience with plant exposure

• Proficiency in periodic, proactive, and shutdown maintenance of mechanical equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and analysis capabilities
